The foundation moon and the stars necklace Asteria, came from a funny little tale I used to read to our sons Jack and Thomas, as toddlers. They loved ’the moon and the stars” story which I read to them almost nightly, and as they learned to read themselves, they would in turn read it to me. Wishing the moon and the stars for the boys soon became – and to this day remains, the way we end notes and any celebratory moments to them both.
