Juno

Roman Goddess Juno queen of gods and goddesses, was the mythological embodiment of all aspects of women’s lives – most especially marriage, childbirth and family. Like her greek equal Hera, as protector of marriage and family she was often summoned to weddings to bless unions as her presence ensured loyalty and stability within families. Juno’s legacy is a reminder of the strength of familial bonds and of nurturing relationships as we navigate modern life. June is in fact named in her honour and seen as an auspicious time for weddings!
